Interested in performing during graduation? Let me know who you are and what you want to do by filling out this form.
NB If there are many that want to perform students in grade nine have priority.
English, grade 8
Homework check here, start with that. After that, let's try some reading and translation, too - get your text ready.
New homework - the rest of 7B, same procedure (reading and vocabulary, ie). All you need is found on Porten.
More on adjective and adverbs - I will try to explain it once more. Take notes or make a movie with your cell phone if you think that helps. Work with exercises on adjectives and adverbs from last week - ask for more if you're done.
Some sports words! (nice for a change)
Friday - first of all homework check! We will also read and translate a bit so bring out your texts after you've finished your test. Listening comprehension here.
Finish exercises that you've left on adjectives/adverbs (take a look at last week's blog)
When you think that you know this adjectives/adverbs thing well enough take this test!
Project - add English subtitles to a non-English, or silent movie clip. Check this video out for instructions. Here's another "how-to-do" clip (watch only if you need further explanation). I want at least two minutes of video from each one of you. All videos will be shown in class June 2nd.
Music, grade 9
All projects have to be finished at latest week 22. Keep working!
English, grade 9
I will take some of you for "nationella prov", hopefully two groups today. The rest of you finish everything from last week and after that you go here.
Silent movie - read a few facts here. After that, download this and put it into iMovie. Put in you own intertitles. Finished before last week in May, please.
Music, grade 8
Only a couple of weeks left before your sound projects need to be finished! Go back to previous blogs for additional instructions!
Music, grade 7
Keep on working with your Garageband projects. Try to combine loops so your song can be used in a silent movie - choose from these;
Make at least one and a half minute of music that fits into the movie clip. Your project must be finished next week.
